Delete your PremDate account
You maintain full ownership of your data and can delete your account at any time.

In compliance with Google Play Store data protection policies and Indian digital data privacy regulations, this page outlines your account deletion options.
- 01Delete in the app
- Open PremDate -> Go to Profile tab -> Open Settings -> Tap "Delete account" and confirm. Your account, profile photos, and messages are deleted immediately and all active sessions are signed out.
- 02Delete without the app
- Email support@premdate.com from the email address on your account (or specify your phone number used at registration) with the subject "Delete my account". Our security team will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 business days.
- 03What is permanently deleted
- Your account, reasoning archetype profile, photos, ranked priorities, likes, passes, matches, chats, voice notes, feed posts, stories, followers, notifications, and device push tokens.
- 04What is retained for statutory compliance
- Payment records as required by financial and tax regulations (carrying only transaction reference IDs), and safety reports filed regarding platform abuse without your profile data.
