Effective October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and PremDate Technologies. By using PremDate you accept them. Replace them with terms reviewed for your product.
- 01Who can use it
- You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13 in any case.
- 02Your account
- Keep your password secure and tell us quickly if you think someone else has access. We will never ask you for your password.
- 03What you may not do
- Do not use the service to harass or deceive anyone, to send anything you have no right to send, or to break the service on purpose. We can suspend an account that does these things.
- 04Ending it
- You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end an account for a breach of these terms or a legal requirement.
- 05What we do not promise
- The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- 06Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
- 07Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
